These terms apply to purchases made through Tshanku ("we", "us"), an online electronics store operating in Lesotho. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Unless stated otherwise, devices are pre-owned. Every pre-owned device is tested before sale and comes with battery health of at least 80% of original capacity, a brand-new box and a brand-new charging cable. Product photos show the actual colour options available; minor cosmetic wear consistent with a pre-owned device may be present.

All prices are in Lesotho Loti (LSL) and include taxes. Delivery within Lesotho is free, and free pickup is available at our store (Naimi House, Bowker Road, Maseru Downtown). Delivery to South Africa carries a flat LSL 400 fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Orders are paid up front by card (verified with 3D Secure) or, where available, M-Pesa. An order is confirmed once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

We currently deliver within the Maseru district only. Orders are delivered within 2–5 weeks of being placed. We will contact you using the details you provide to arrange delivery, so please make sure they are correct.

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except where a device arrives faulty or not as described. See the Returns & Refunds page for full details.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Orders placed as a guest are accessible through the private order link issued at checkout — keep it safe, as anyone with the link can view that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Lesotho. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
